Wes believes that when working with mentors it is imperative to do what they suggest before asking for more of their time. Always show that you have processed and digested their experience, It is never necessary to blindly agree, but only to provide a furthering of relationships through thoughtful communication.

 

In personal and professional relationship Wes encourages finding people with shared values who are walking a similar path. Going back to the much used but wise “you are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with,” setting intention, and a framework for professional and personal relationships is critical.
